4th Grade Fun

Each year the 3rd, 4th and 5th graders at our school go on an extended trip at the beginning of the school year.  It is a way for them to bond as a class, do some team building and learn about things that pertain to their unit of Study.  Last year, Stinkerbell got to go to the countryside and get muddy.  This year she was heading off to the land of lakes and castles.  And she couldn't have been more excited!  She diligently packed her backpack and her suitcase making sure she didn't leave anything behind.  And the next morning she set off with a huge smile on her face.  And that was the last I saw of (or heard from) her for 3 days.  Well, unless you count the 5 pictures we got from the teachers to let us know they were still alive.
She arrived back home Friday afternoon, with a few bug bites, a lot dirtier than when she left and so tired that she fell asleep about 3 hours early!  I call that a successful field trip!

 No hug.  No looking back.

 The 4th grade.

And that is all I got :)
